Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The front desk staff was incredibly rude upon check-in, which was shocking. The air conditioning in the room was inadequate. it wouldn't cool properly, leaving me frustrated and tired during the night. My family and I just wanted a decent night’s sleep, and instead, we were met with discomfort and poor service.

The breakfast options felt limited, missing out on substantial hot items like eggs or meats, and the business center featured only a single stand-up computer and a printer, which aired on the side of minimal for travelers needing to get work done.

It was just a great fit for a holiday in Apex with value for money. The staff was friendly and quick to help when we had an issue with the bathroom sink. Try to request a room away from the noisy hallways.
